Pick-up Policy

  • Purchases may be picked up by appointment at Pacione Studio Gallery located at 75 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Newburgh, NY 12550 USA.​  Shipping is not available at this time.
    • You must have a government issued photo ID and prior authorization from the buyer (if not the buyer) to be able to collect.​

Return Policy

  • Live with the art for 90 days. If you feel unsatisfied after that time, please inquire to arrange a return for a store credit or exchange of equal value.
    • Pacione is a formally trained Master whose oil paintings are crafted to last for centuries or more.  In the unlikely event that a repair or restoration is needed during our lifetime, please inquire for assessment.

  • Private, one-on-one, life-drawing and painting lessons held in the beautiful northeastern light and Hudson River view of Pacione Studio Gallery are $80USD per one hour per week with a minimum of one-month's commitment paid in advance.  The total monthly fee will vary depending on the length of the month.
    • ​The monthly fee for private art instruction is non-refundable, however, if cancellation is given 24 hours or more in advance, the missed hour(s) may be rolled into the next month.
